How well are clients' funds protected?
RevolutExpert adheres to all standards and keeps all the finances of its users in segregated accounts in reliable world banks, separate from the company's funds.
How do you protect users' personal data?
All confidential information is stored on secure servers. Third parties do not have access to clients' personal information. And the RevolutExpert site itself is protected by SSL encryption, which avoids information leakage.
What is the minimum deposit?
It all depends on the account you have chosen, there are options with a deposit of $ 1,000, $ 10,000 and $ 50,000.
How can I withdraw money from my trading account?

For security reasons, RevolutExpert withdraws funds in the same way they were credited.

 

If the deposit was made through a credit or debit card, then the money is credited to it. If you use several cards and replenish the deposit through them, then the finances will come to the card with which the funds were last deposited.

Is it possible to make a deposit from someone else's bank card or account?
You cannot fund your trading account with someone else's credit / debit card or someone else's bank account. You can only use your cards.
How do I open a trading account?
To register, you need to fill out a short form where you indicate your first name, last name, email, and phone number. Then make a deposit and start trading. Within two weeks, you will also need to go through the verification procedure, where you provide a scan of a document that confirms your identity. If you do not do this step within the specified time frame, then your trading account will be automatically blocked.
What if I forgot the password or want to change it?

If you cannot remember your password, then you need to click on the link "Forgot your password?" on the authorization page. The Email that you specified during registration will receive instructions on how to reset the old password and replace it with a new one.

 

To change your password, go to your account. In the “Settings” section there is a “Change password” section. Click on this page and then follow the instructions.

Can the volume of a position exceed the balance of funds on the account?

It is possible. RevolutExpert offers its clients to trade using leverage up to 1: 500. That is, you can open a position even if you don’t have enough money on your trading account.

Can I trade from a mobile phone?
Yes. You can download the MetaTrader platform for devices that support iOS and Android operating systems.
