Claims settlement procedure
The procedure consists of several steps:
1. Within five business days, our customer support will provide you with a claim process number. In the future, when communicating with specialists, you will have to provide this number.
2. Within two months, we will notify you of the results of our audit and the steps taken to resolve the problem. If you have not received a response within the specified period, our customer support will inform you of the reasons for the delay and new terms for solving the problem (usually it does not take more than three months from the date of application).
